Project Monitor Specialist, DOE (Department of Energy)
reputed company is seeking a Project Monitor Specialist to support the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of State and Community Energy Programs (SCEP), Energy Efficiency and Conservation reputed company Grant (EECBG) Program. The EECBG program provides funding to local governments, states, territories, and Tribes to implement strategies that reduce fossil fuel emissions, reduce total energy use, and improve energy efficiency across the transportation, building, and other sectors.

What will you be doing
Monitor assigned EECBG reputed company to ensure project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and performance objectives are reputed company defined and maintained.

Support recipient engagement activities, including meetings, workshops, webinars, trainings, conferences, and technical assistance sessions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DOE, particularly SCEP programs.
Familiarity with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation reputed company Grant (EECBG) Program.
Experience supporting federally funded energy reputed company.
Experience supporting project management activities involving coordination among clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams.
Experience evaluating project performance metrics, including energy or savings.
Familiarity with DOE systems and federal grants management processes.
Experience working in a consulting or reputed company services environment supporting government clients.
Experience supporting federal, state, local, Tribal, or reputed company-funded energy, sustainability, environmental, infrastructure, or community development programs.
Experience with the Federal Government, preferably with DOE.
Experience with financial assistance documentation, program administration, or financial tracking systems.
Experience reviewing technical reports, project documentation, deliverables, or performance data.
Experience developing technical reports, presentations, briefing materials, or other reputed company communications products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience compiling and evaluating quantitative and qualitative information. Experience working with reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a reputed company-service environment.

PMP Certification
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, environmental studies, sustainability, reputed company policy, reputed company administration, business administration, energy management, or a reputed company discipline. Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant reputed company experience. A Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
