Remote reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Analytics Infrastructure & Pipeline Operations. This role is responsible for building reputed company, AI-powered automated data pipelines and reputed company data repositories that reputed company reputed company data science and analytics at reputed company. By leveraging advanced AI technologies, modern data engineering tools, and feature engineering platforms, this director creates self-service, analytics-reputed company datasets and reputed company feature stores that reputed company both expert data scientists and citizen data scientists to rapidly reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company models. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent, self-healing data pipelines that reputed company AI/ML for automated data reputed company monitoring, reputed company detection, and remediation.
- Build and maintain centralized feature stores that reputed company feature reusability across multiple models and use cases.
- Create curated data repositories optimized for data science/AI workflows, including training datasets, evaluation datasets, and production serving reputed company.
- reputed company automated feature engineering pipelines that reputed company raw data into analytics-reputed company features with reputed company tracking.
- Partner with reputed company IT to optimize analytics platform architecture for high-performance data science workloads.
- Build automated pipelines that reputed company diverse data sources including sales, CRM, patient claims, reputed company-world evidence, and reputed company data.
- Create self-service data reputed company reputed company that reputed company data scientists and analysts to query and extract data independently.
- Establish SLAs for data availability, freshness, and reputed company; implement monitoring and observability solutions.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or reputed company field;
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ML/AI engineering, or analytics infrastructure.
- 5+ years leading teams building reputed company-reputed company data platforms and feature stores.
- Expert knowledge of feature store technologies (Feast, Tecton, SageMaker Feature Store, reputed company Feature Store).
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms optimized for ML workloads (reputed company, Auto ML, reputed company, BigQuery).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, reputed company/PySpark for large-reputed company data processing.
- Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, reputed company, dbt) and CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Understanding of data governance, reputed company (HIPAA, GDPR), and compliance in life sciences.

The salary for this position is expected to reputed company between $194,600 and $361,400 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining reputed company will be reviewed periodically. reputed company may change the published salary reputed company based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
