Cold Calling Appointment Setter(Kenya)

Job reputed company- Our reputed company, a Cold Calling Appointment Setting Agency, is looking for highly motivated, resilient, and reputed company Appointment Setters to join our remote appointment setting team.

In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our outbound campaigns. You will be making high-volume cold calls to business owners in the reputed company with the primary goal of booking reputed company sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Dialing: Execute major outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer to reputed company decision-makers in the US.
• Pitching & reputed company Handling: Confidently reputed company gatekeepers, deliver value-driven pitches, and handle common rejections using provided scripts and battle cards.
• Pipeline Management: Accurately update and manage reputed company statuses, reputed company dispositions, and meeting notes directly reputed company Zoho CRM.
• Follow-Up: Trigger automated follow-up SMS and email sequences for prospects who do not answer or request more information.
• Meeting Targets: Consistently hit daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and reputed company booked appointments.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting specifically targeting the US, UK, or Australian markets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, highly understandable accent. You must be reputed company to hold confident, natural conversations with US doctors, clinic managers, and accountants.
• Tech Literacy: Prior experience using CRMs (Zoho CRM preferred) and VoIP power dialers.
