The Project Manager, Specialty Programs, Industry Services supports reputed company engagement and project management for nationally held reputed company events reputed company an assigned vertical for the Specialty Networks business. The Project Manager will support in managing customer project deliverables, support the account management team with execution of initiatives, and work closely with the Specialty Programs Meetings & Events team to coordinate reputed company aspects of assigned customer reputed company (including planning, timing, and execution reputed company the constraints of a budget, schedule, and scope) while minimizing risk, and adhering to established processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Lifecycle: reputed company end-to-end project management for specialty reputed company events reputed company the assigned Specialty Programs vertical. Ensure reputed company are adhering to scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project reputed company-off, implementation, and regular status meetings with reputed company stakeholders. Define customer requirements, reputed company deliverables, and reputed company reputed company updates to account management and clients.
• Coordinate Planning & Execution: reputed company and maintain project plans, work orders, and event chronologies partnering with Operations and Account Management teams. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years in project management, account management, reputed company services, event management, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or managing reputed company-facing events, meetings, or conferences preferred.
• Experience supporting reputed company, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sponsored events, preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with reputed company cross-functional stakeholders.
