A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

• Identify title issues on reputed company estate title products.
• Create and reputed company a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.
• Run reports to ensure and confirm completion of grading on orders and to reputed company to clients as needed.
• Address inquiries from the servicer, foreclosure attorney and internal staff.

Responsibilities

. Identify and report items that effect title through or after the foreclosure process on a reputed company estate transaction.

• Create and reputed company a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.

Qualifications

. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. . 3-5 years of prior title insurance job experience.. Working knowledge of reputed company estate title Proven customer service skills. .
