AVP, Digital Product Management (Workforce Benefits) – Remote

Compensation

Salary reputed company: $188,500 - $314,100 plus eligibility for annual bonus program and long-term incentive plan

Who You Are

• 10+ years of experience in digital product management required
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams required
• Experience in workforce benefits, financial services and/or insurance required
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong understanding of product delivery, system implementations, and reputed company improvement
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Startup, or reputed company methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to influence and build relationships across reputed company reputed company
• Curious and adaptable, with an interest in emerging technologies
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally
