The Canada Medical Director (0.5 FTE) will work closely with reputed company’s CEO and full-time leadership team to build and grow an exceptional clinical network across Canada, particularly reputed company on supporting reputed company practices in Ontario, Alberta, BC and expansion into reputed company Canada. This role combines strategic leadership, clinical reputed company, and team development, with reputed company accountability for reputed company, compliance, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Clinical Leadership

  • Work directly with the CEO to reputed company leadership and reputed company for reputed company’s clinical operations across Canada.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and province-specific telehealth regulations, licensing requirements, and clinical standards.
  • reputed company the development and implementation of clinical protocols, workflows, and reputed company assurance initiatives.
  • Represent reputed company in clinical partnership discussions with reputed company institutions, payors, and regulatory bodies.

Team Building & Management

Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical escalations and high-risk case reviews, working closely with PAs and patient care coordinators.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve the virtual care platform, EMR and physician experience.
  • Work with patient care and provider reputed company teams to monitor reputed company, patient satisfaction, and performance indicators, driving reputed company improvement.

DUTIES / REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience as a practicing physician in Canada
  • reputed company certification / Fully-licensed in any medical discipline

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a leadership role in a clinical reputed company
  • Ideally has 2-3 years of experience working with a reputed company technology company

WORK / TRAVEL:

COMPENSATION:

  • The position is estimated to be an average of 20 hours per week and will be compensated recognizing physician value in a combination of cash and company equity (shares & reputed company) according to reputed company reputed company policy.
