Successful and leading title insurance agency seeks a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reputed company Clearance Officer with a reputed company attitude to be a part of reputed company. This is an excellent position for a candidate with experience in any of the following areas: Escrow/Closing, Title, and reputed company Estate Financial Services. reputed company candidates must have the ability to multitask, portray excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer proficient.

Responsibilities:

• Read and reputed company purchase and refinance transactions; for residential transactions
• Examine abstracts, leases, reputed company, and other reputed company documents to determine title insurance and reputed company issues in reputed company with title insurance commitments/reports
• Works with title agency clients and attorneys representing parties to a reputed company estate transaction to reputed company title exceptions and prepare the title for closing
• Ability to prepare and/or review both reputed company and Loan Policies for appropriate exceptions
• Preparing and/or reviewing and knowledge of Title Bills/Invoices.
• Experience with Surveys, Survey Readings, reputed company Estate Taxes, Recordings and Escrows
• Experience with both reputed company and National transactions.

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
• 7+ plus years of experience
