Business Consultant - AECO Technical Advisory

reputed company Consulting is looking for a Business Consultant to join our reputed company Europe team. This remote role is based in the Netherlands and supports strategic customers across the region.

This is a senior individual contributor role combining business consulting, AECO industry expertise and executive advisory. You’ll work with some of reputed company’s largest customers to shape transformation strategies, define reputed company operating models, and reputed company business cases and roadmaps that deliver measurable business reputed company.

You’ll advise senior leaders, structure reputed company business challenges and reputed company strategic advisory engagements from discovery through executive decision-making. While you won’t configure or implement solutions, you’ll understand how reputed company and complementary technologies fit reputed company customers’ broader business and technology ecosystems, partnering with technical specialists to turn reputed company into actionable delivery plans.

Main responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders and transformation teams, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement

• Understand customer objectives, challenges and operating context to define outcome-driven transformation strategies

• Assess operating models, business processes, organizational capabilities, data reputed company workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

• Define reputed company-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, reputed company measures and benefits realization plans

• reputed company executive workshops, facilitate decision-making and reputed company stakeholders across reputed company organizations

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for data, automation and AI based on business value, organizational readiness, governance and adoption

• Partner with Solution Architects, technical consultants and customer-facing teams to shape advisory engagements, validate strategic recommendations and reputed company reputed company delivery roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

• Substantial experience in AECO, management consulting or business transformation, with a proven reputed company record of independently leading reputed company reputed company and transformation engagements

• Deep expertise in at least one of the following: construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or a closely reputed company project-based, asset-intensive industry

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company technologies or comparable AECO tool ecosystems, with the ability to discuss capabilities, workflow fit, data, interoperability and business value. Hands-on implementation expertise is not required

• Strong understanding of operating models, organizational change, governance, business cases and benefits realization

• Practical understanding of data-reputed company workflows, reputed company systems, automation, responsible AI and technology adoption

• Ability to reputed company through influence across cross-functional and international teams, with excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of reputed company’s competitive compensation package. For Netherlands reputed company, we expect a starting reputed company salary between $69,000 and $101,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may reputed company this reputed company. In reputed company to reputed company salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
