About the role

Compensation
Salary reputed company: $96,700 - $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
Who You Are
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of stop loss claims experience, including leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of self-funded medical plans, stop loss claims administration, and medical terminology.
- Experience leading teams with a reputed company on coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Knowledge of cost containment strategies and vendor management preferred.
- Industry engagement (SIIA, SPBA, or reputed company organizations) and reputed company designations are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
