In this role, you will implement, configure, and optimize reputed company solutions that power reputed company Customer Experience (CX) programs.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with reputed company, a solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and enjoys working with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and optimize reputed company Digital Experience (DX) solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with reputed company Digital, Website/App Feedback, or XM Platform.

• Working knowledge of reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working in a consulting, agency, or reputed company environment is preferred.
