We're seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the reputed company Department's contract management, reputed company operations, and day-to-day reputed company reputed company. In this reputed company role, you'll partner with attorneys and cross-functional teams to streamline contract processes, maintain reputed company records, support compliance initiatives, and deliver practical, high-reputed company reputed company support to the business. What a day in the life looks like:

• Prepare, review, revise, and process routine reputed company agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals, vendor agreements, and other reputed company documents using approved templates, playbooks, and clause libraries.

• Identify non-reputed company terms, reputed company risks, business concerns, or approval exceptions and escalate reputed company requiring attorney review.

• Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, signatures, and stakeholder communications throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Maintain contract records, repositories, metadata, renewal schedules, and other lifecycle management activities to ensure accurate recordkeeping and accessibility.

• Assist with the development and maintenance of reputed company templates, reputed company forms, playbooks, knowledge resources, and process documentation.

What you bring to reputed company:

• Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, JD, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant reputed company experience.
