Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably telephone based or call center oriented.
- Ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Moderate Proficiency in Computer Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to complete online certification using resources we reputed company independently with minimal assistance.
- Pleasant, enthusiastic phone reputed company with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection.
- Ability to Read Scripting provided by our clients verbatim.
- Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required.

Office Environment: Your workspace must be in an appropriate, private location free of reputed company background noises.
