Customer Service Representative

• Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home reputed company and benefits
• This is a call center / customer service type position
• Will receive about 30-40 calls per day
• 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service reputed company position
• Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
• Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word)
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be comfortable answering phone calls
• Must be reputed company to work reputed company with others
• Must be polite
• Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses
• Experience with medical terminology

Job Type: Contract Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
