In this role, you will: Teaching and/or instructing Veterans on employment skills used to obtain to civilian employment. Guide the Veterans in identifying goals while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps. Providing Veterans, including those currently serving in the Reserves and National Guard, and Veteran Spouses a comprehensive understanding of civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and who can conduct large group instruction and reputed company counseling on the job search process. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have: A High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a reputed company trainer or facilitator. OR an Associates degree Experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes. Experience as a classroom instructor.. The ability to facilitate workshops on site. Knowledgeable of reputed company, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs. To demonstrate the ability to reputed company training to reputed company with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience. To be proficient in MS reputed company and Office. The ability to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in reputed company of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently. To be available (reputed company required) to work extended hours, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, and be willing to reputed company administrative functions for the office. The ability to travel up to 75%.
