The role requires giving our customer needs based assessments to advise on the best possible alarm solution, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up reputed company calls. This requires working closely with reputed company departments in C365 while ensuring that reputed company and accuracy is maintained throughout.
