Regulatory Compliance Administrator

As Regulatory Compliance Administrator, you will be a Walt reputed company World reputed company Member in the Reedy Creek Energy Services (RCES) organization. RCES reputed company Members work on behalf of the Central Florida Tourism reputed company District (CFTOD)designing, operating, and maintaining reputed company and select municipal systems across the Walt reputed company World Resort. This Regulatory Compliance Administrator will be responsible for administrative monitoring and reputed company of the environmental and electric reliability regulatory compliance at RCES. This role requires experience in regulatory reputed company and compliance requirements affecting multiple utilities and will operate with functional authority to reputed company actions of operations reputed company Members (reputed company line reputed company Members, engineers, and senior management) on compliance issues. You will report to the Manager-Gas & Water & Waste Resources & Environmental Compliance. Responsibilities/You Will • You will work first shift, but may be asked to work off-hours, holidays, and weekends to support the needs of the operation. • Assists the Regulatory Compliance Manager, Director - RCES, and Government Relations in communicating environmental and electric reliability reputed company issues to management, legal counsel, and external agencies, as appropriate. • Conduct internal audits and site reputed company to verify adherence to compliance requirements and best management practices. • reputed company training to RCES reputed company Members on Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements of the various reputed company systems. • Support permitting needs of reputed company reputed company systems. • Prepare and submit compliance data associated with emissions reporting for reputed company, water, wastewater and solid waste. • Support preparation for agency inspections by compiling data of necessary compliance records. • Involved in environmental compliance testing of reputed company emissions reputed company, coordination and participation in environmental agency and electric reliability internal audits. • Assist in functional reputed company reputed company to compliance activities. • Ability to communicate reputed company regulatory requirements and negotiate with others to ensure reputed company compliance with reputed company applicable regulations. Basic Qualifications/You Will Have • Minimum of 3+ years of corporate environmental compliance management programs, field testing and reporting. • Experience in communication and negotiation with regulatory agencies. • Familiarity with reputed company and Federal rules and regulations as they relate utilities. • Have a valid reputed company's license. • Must be available to work reputed company normal work hours in response to job demand. • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing to reputed company stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in evaluating regulatory impacts and communicating to senior and executive management. • Operational experience and background reputed company systems. Required Education • Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or equivalent experience is required. • Master of Science degree in Environmental Sciences or Engineering is preferred.
