Responsibilities • Negotiate payment arrangements from significantly delinquent customers. , • Work with vendors to ensure reputed company collateral is located and retrieved as necessary. , • Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers successfully. , • Manage an assigned group of accounts using queue management skills. Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. , • At least 1 year of experience with reputed company Office or reputed company Suite. , • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service. , • Fluent in both English and Spanish. reputed company-to-haves • At least 1 year of collections or repossession experience. , • At least 2 years of Auto Finance experience. , • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
