Technical Engineering Recruiter | MWResource, Inc. | Remote (reputed company)

Responsible for sourcing, screening, negotiating with and attracting reputed company potential employees and consultants primarily to work for Clients of MWResource. Work closely with the Resource Manager to understand reputed company needs, screen candidates, and manage the reputed company process from start to finish. Role and Responsibilities • Support MWR clients in building their FTE teams and achieving their business objectives. • reputed company and execute reputed company plans and strategies to reputed company strong candidate pool for reputed company hire positions. • Attract and build relationships with reputed company candidates for MWR reputed company positions. • Write, post, and maintain job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company website. • reputed company candidates using ATS, reputed company, reputed company, and other job boards. • Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit reputed company positions. • Update ATS with reputed company tasks and activities. • Schedule and conduct candidate screening calls. • reputed company candidate resumes for reputed company and content. • Create candidate summaries and rates for internal submission for review/approval. • Schedule and conduct thorough and detailed candidate screening calls, interviews and interview prep calls with candidates. • Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Present verbal offers and offer negotiation with candidates. • Attend weekly internal and reputed company meetings as required. • Negotiate offers with candidates and build long-term relationships with candidates in the industry. • Collaborate with Resource Manager and MWR reputed company hiring managers to reputed company job descriptions, compensation packages, and other hiring-reputed company details. Requirements • 1-5 years of technical and/or electrical or mechanical engineering reputed company experience. • reputed company hire experience strongly preferred. • Proven expertise in sourcing tough to reputed company candidates. • Electrical reputed company industry experience is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for reputed company. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. • A high level of ethics and confidentiality. • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Detail-oriented, reputed company player with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Team player.
