1099 Licensed Insurance Agent - Medicare

Key Responsibilities: • Acquiring new customers in the Medicare products reputed company through inbound calls provided by reputed company as reputed company as self generated customers. • Understand customers' needs by using reputed company listening skills to recommend suitable insurance plans. • Maximize sales opportunities using ancillary products. • Build trust and maintain reputed company relationships with potential and existing clients. • reputed company/Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and policy details in the system. • reputed company added information and have the flexibility to adapt to new processes rapidly. • Responsible for maintaining book of business and providing exceptional customer care. Qualifications: • 2 recent years’ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. • Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. • Broker model experience. • Strong reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional verbal communication and reputed company listening skills. • Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. • Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. • Basic computer skills required. • Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera • Self- starter Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
