The facility is located in South Bend, Indiana This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with reputed company and weekend call during scheduled weeks, shared among APPs. The provider will see 5-8 patients per day in the clinic, along with inpatient rounding. The facility uses Cerner/Power Chart for EMR, requires hospital credentialing (approximately 60 days), and prefers an reputed company license.
