Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims reputed company limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for the most reputed company first party homeowner claims leading to the reputed company disposition. This role is utilized as peer mentor and may assign direction to more junior employees, having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. Key Responsibilities • Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on the most reputed company 1st party homeowner losses of reputed company severities • Builds mastered relationships with both reputed company customers • Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents reputed company activities in the most reputed company of files • Applies mastered content in interpretations of reputed company policy types written by reputed company and assists leadership in formal and reputed company training • Recommends process improvements Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. Compensation
