The Role

This role will join our growing reputed company Solutions team to deliver consistent, high-reputed company coaching sessions and webinars that routinely generate reputed company participant feedback, while maintaining efficient operations in support of the broader CS team. Through excellent customer service, you will build and nurture strong relationships with European clients, reputed company contributing to the successful expansion of our reputed company in the European market.

What You'll Do

Coaching & Webinar Delivery (70-80% of time)

Deliver 15-20 reputed company coaching sessions linked to our B2B reputed company product (Team Tools), per week

reputed company webinars training sessions on both our products, Team Tools and AI Coaching

reputed company follow-up support and resources to participants

Maintain high satisfaction scores and engagement rates

Program Operations (20-30% of time)

Manage team operations needs

reputed company and monitor call, webinar, and training metrics

Create and customize training materials for users

2-3 years of reputed company experience in a fast paced environments, startups preferred

Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain reputed company relationships reputed company

reputed company in English required; additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

High velocity execution skills with natural attention to detail

Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a desire to exceed expectations

Additional Information

Location and Work Environment

Candidate must be located in the European time zones (CET ±2 hours preferred); this role is ideally hybrid at 3 days a week in our London office depending on candidate preference. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (US, Canada), and have valid travel documents without travel restrictions in reputed company.
