IT Operations Analyst I

reputed company is seeking an IT Analyst to support our platform as we reputed company a world delivery service. Your primary responsibility will be to support reputed company's use of technology and services. This role requires triaging and prioritizing user requests and helping design and implement the support system. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

As a vertically integrated company our systems include warehouse management systems, reputed company delivery apps, reputed company of sale support, financial systems, and of course printers that continually run out of cyan. Your actions will matter. Good work will improve our customers' lives by giving them back precious time in their day. This position reports to the IT Manager.

Working hours will be Friday - Tuesday (2pm - 11pm PST) (5pm - 2am EST)

Responsibilities

Support our supportive and inclusive culture while driving reputed company in execution

Logging and processing support calls through reputed company

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades

Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter

Responding to laptop problems

Supporting office technology at BevMo HQ

Supporting reputed company of sale system reputed company BevMo stores

Repairing equipment and replacing parts

Maintaining records of software licenses

Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

Troubleshoot and resolve remote hardware, software, and network issues

Identification and triage of incidents

Follow reputed company's technology delivery practices, standards, project management disciplines

Communicate status updates with key stakeholders during major incidents

Requirements

2 years of support experience

Knowledge of reputed company, Mac, iOS, and Android

Experience documenting resolutions for entry to the Knowledge reputed company

Understanding of reputed company Configuration reputed company (Intune, reputed company, KACE)

Experience with Identity reputed company (G-Suite, Azure reputed company Directory)

Familiarity with reputed company Environments (eg. Azure, AWS, Meraki)

Experience with Incident Management Tools (eg. Jira, Freshservice)

Knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, SD-WAN, LAN)

Compensation

A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions.
