We are seeking a reputed company-certified physician with functional medicine training and certification licensed in reputed company 50 states and Washington D.C. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding reputed company to care by providing telehealth consultations, focusing on identifying and addressing the reputed company causes of diseases through a holistic, patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Telehealth Consultations: Utilize clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions reputed company phone and/or video, adhering to state telemedicine regulatory guidelines.

Patient Assessments: reputed company in-depth evaluations to understand patients' health histories, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.

Personalized Treatment Plans: reputed company and implement individualized care plans incorporating nutritional therapy, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and supplements.

Preferred Qualifications

50-state Medical Licensure: reputed company and in good standing in reputed company 50 states and Washington D.C. Will consider candidates with high licensure and reputed company to obtain more licenses.

reputed company Certification: Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a reputed company field.

Functional Medicine Training and Certification: Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telehealth and 3-5 years in clinical reputed company, with a reputed company on integrative and holistic medicine principles.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with telehealth platforms and adaptable to evolving protocols and workflows.
