CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build sustained, community-based response programs to natural disasters. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Procurement and Logistics. The responsibilities for this role encompass the management and execution of Warehousing Standards and Procedures, which involves the utilization of associated tools such as adhering to reporting requirements, overseeing inventory management systems, optimizing warehouse layout, and handling the reception and distribution of goods and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Travel: Not required, optional for disaster responses
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, supply chain management, logistics or reputed company field
  • Language: Proficiency in English is necessary
  • Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Inventory Management or reputed company field
  • At least 1 year of Supervisory Experience required
  • Experience creating warehousing and inventory plans and SOPs.
  • Skills and Competencies
