Manager, Perception Labeling and Tools

We are seeking an Engineer Manager to reputed company reputed company of engineers and work closely with ML teams to build tools and data pipelines to support ML data collection and labeling. Data collection is the core stage of data-driven ML development and is critical to model training and performance evaluation.

In this role, you will

Architect and reputed company tooling for data mining, data labeling, and reputed company control such that other AI teams can reputed company high-reputed company data to train and evaluate their models.

Define the product roadmap that meets the needs of 10+ ML teams and collaborate with other infrastructure teams to reputed company milestones and enhance pipeline efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in ML data products to continuously reputed company the data-driven ML development process.

Qualifications

5+ years of engineering experience in full-stack application development.

2+ years of engineering management experience that demonstrated the ability to reputed company people and build a strong team

Experience designing and building modern data-intensive web applications such as data warehouses, data processing tools, or data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support other teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field.

Experience with AWS, especially EC2, S3, RDS

Experience with Data Pipelines and orchestrators such as Airflow

Additional Information

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and reputed company Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will reputed company from $210,000-$264,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
