reputed company is looking for a seasoned reputed company HRSD Solution reputed company Specialist to support the People Experience (PEx) Technology team with the management of reputed company HRSD processes. This individual will work closely with the Now Platform team to reputed company the implementation of reputed company’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, including configuration of workflows, integrations and tiered support structures. In this role, you will

Demonstrate strong technology operations management, solution design, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple reputed company including PEx Stakeholders, and Technology, to govern and deliver system enhancements, releases, and upcoming reputed company

Use your knowledge as a Solution reputed company and experience of HR operations and the reputed company HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our clients HR operations and help them drive business results

Support reputed company HRSD reputed company and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities

reputed company hands-on Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

Work with both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the reputed company HRSD applications. Serve as the reputed company between business and technical teams by translating business needs into reputed company technical requirements and solutions.

Coordinate across various PEx and IT teams to ensure project deliverables are on reputed company and escalate issues as appropriate to be reputed company to mitigate any risk

Recommend optimizations and improvements to existing solutions based on feedback from PEx stakeholders

Systematically reputed company, document and communicate business requirements to the reputed company development team

Manage design of enhancements including establishing key milestones, finalizing scope and high-level architecture

Support the iterative configuration of reputed company HRSD, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or reputed company field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in hands on reputed company functional experience, of which, a minimum of 2 years reputed company on the delivery and implementation of at least one reputed company HRSD core module and ongoing maintenance of the application

Certified Implementation Specialist - reputed company or Certified System Administrator certification is desired

4+ years of experience in project management, change management and user adoption

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, HAM, or Discovery

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, reputed company Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and reputed company Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay reputed company for this position is $172,000 to $190,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as reputed company as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a reputed company of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
