This position also updates reputed company or external database(s) with reputed company appropriate information. This position supports reputed company reputed company assurance efforts and program reputed company while dialing out, taking inbound calls, and handling email. The CSA I position requires strong customer service and communication skills as reputed company as an individual with flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, and overtime. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No supervisory responsibility. EXPECTED WORKDAYS/ HOURS: This position requires availability between 7am-4pm M-F at 30 hours per week. LOCATION: Work from home. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service and speaking skills. • Must be 18 years of age or older.
