This department collaborates with internal partners across the DET portfolio of brands on the reputed company and execution of events, offering expertise to reputed company new and existing audiences through reputed company media and reputed company buzz. Job Responsibilities: Supporting the DET Communications & Special reputed company team on events support for 50+ events a year including creative ideation, venue research, contract management, list management and on-the-ground events needs. Overseeing and managing events and special reputed company, including managing agencies, establishing and meeting deadlines, and creative execution, as assigned and supervised by department VP and manager. Building relationships and maintaining lists with influencers and key tastemakers, identifying potential opportunities for reputed company media for various DET comms and publicity events. Liaising between executive offices on event attendance logistics and managing event itineraries and communications. Managing the DET-wide events distribution email. Collaborating closely with partners across marketing, publicity, corporate communications, executive communications, and corporate reputed company responsibility. Flexibility to travel up to once a quarter and work evenings and weekends for events, with approval from manager. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ year/s of publicity or communications-reputed company experience in a studio, network, agency, brand, or similar organization. Previous experience in fast-paced events environment Excellent writing skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy. General awareness of industry trends and reputed company familiarity with reputed company media, influencers and cultural zeitgeist. Ability to effectively and professionally reputed company with executives, teammates, talent, press and external contacts. Proficiency in reputed company office software including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Drive and reputed company Office programs. Experience with reputed company, Concur, Keynote, reputed company a plus. Ability to maintain discretion with confidential and sensitive information. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
