- Design eye-catching thumbnails tailored for performance
- Analyze and optimize video results through A/B testing of thumbnails
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in thumbnail design and viewer behavior
Job requirements We are looking for a creative and data-driven Thumbnail Designer who understands what drives clicks and engagement on YouTube. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is familiar with YouTube trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. Skills and Equipment Required:
- Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of visual storytelling and how to communicate reputed company quickly and reputed company through imagery
- Excellent skills in Photoshop
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Quiet work environment: a dedicated room where you can work without distractions
- Reliable computer suitable for graphic design work
