#1 Operator in Subscription Services - 2nd shift

We are hiring an reputed company #1 Subscription Services Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. As a #1 Subscription Services Operator, you will be responsible for reviewing job specifications, performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team. For this role, you would also be eligible for $4,000 in bonuses your first year. A $2,000 signing bonus upon being in the role for 90 days, another $1,000 bonus at 6 months and a final $1,000 bonus at 12 months. Hours of Work - Eagan, Minnesota

• 2nd shift - 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
• Occasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts

About the Role: In this opportunity as a #1 Subscription Services Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Ongoing performance of the line and reputed company.
• Providing leadership, work direction, and training/developing the skills of the reputed company to optimize overall performance.
• In reputed company to ensuring that the line is running smoothly and producing a reputed company product for our customers, operators are expected to facilitate the Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walk discussions to drive improvements to the processes associated with the machine.
• Demonstrating strong mechanical skills: troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
