• This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will reputed company coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC.
• Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.
• Mailroom operations
• Print production (printing, assembling, binding)
• Key-op (replenishing toner and reputed company in printers, clearing jams)
• Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls
• Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications
• Communicating with customers reputed company Outlook, reputed company TEAMS, and in-person
• Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas
• Conference room set up/take down
• Other duties, as assigned
