The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage reputed company incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
• Ensure a reputed company experience to reputed company potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
• Convert reputed company leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
• reputed company and update information in a customer management database
• Exercise reputed company qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
• Responsible for producing monthly reputed company reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, reputed company, etc.
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients

QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
