• Send test reports and invoices to customers on time
• Laminate and mail test tags
• Answer incoming calls and emails, following up as needed
• Answer questions received from customers through the live chat help center online
• Receive and process requests for sample kits
• Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager

What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Database, QuickBooks and ISO reputed company system experience helpful
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent, respectful communication required
