• Participating in product installations, start-reputed company and repairs at the customer site and/or on the telephone
• Supporting customers at the customer site and on the telephone
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Traveling 65-75% travel to domestic locations as reputed company as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico and/or Canada

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

• A 2 year degree in an electrical or maintenance reputed company area or equivalent
• 5+ years of electrical field service, mechanical field service and/or industrial maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives
• Ability to do up to 75% domestic and international travel reputed company airplane and automobile
• Possess a valid reputed company and a valid drivers license
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence reputed company 45 minutes
