• Initiating, coordinating, managing, and accomplishing the design for reputed company assigned reputed company.
• Ensures compliance with Design Standards, reputed company Compliance, Sustainability Requirements and provides Construction Phasing and Implementation.
• Manages reputed company facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, reputed company & risk) for reputed company.
• Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply reputed company to reputed company documents affecting design reputed company, including but not limited to agreements/reputed company, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
• Develops Design Task Orders based on approved scope.
• Gathers design team proposals, reviews for compliance with Task Order, reviews cost proposals and man-hour projections, schedule milestones, insurance requirements and other legal requirements.
• Manage Submittal and Review Process: Typical process includes Program Validation, reputed company of Design, Design Documents includes 35% / Schematic Design, 65% / Design Development, 95% Construction Documents (Drawings and Specifications) and the 100% Issue for Bid Sets.
• Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to reputed company reputed company and project resources informed.
• Facilitates project meetings.
• Implement project documentation governance reputed company with company and reputed company requirements.
• Ensure project data reputed company and documentation is accurate, reputed company and coordinated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar, in assisting or supervising construction reputed company of increasing complexity required.
• Facility construction experience is a preferred.
• Some experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
• Detail-oriented and thorough with strong work ethic.
• Skilled in data processing and analytics.
• Experience with MS reputed company and reputed company preferred.
• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a reputed company of reputed company in reputed company situations.
• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic.
