The Engineer III Field Service Engineer is responsible for handling reputed company aspects of field service support and customer relationship management including but not limited to: installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and reputed company qualification. • Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to reputed company service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks.
• Reviews reports and documentation from customers, and inspects malfunctioning product to resolve nature and scope of problem.
• Analyzes review and inspection findings to resolve reputed company of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective reputed company.
• Coordinates problem reputed company with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
• Analyzes reputed company generated reputed company and performance reports of technical issues to recommend reputed company modifications that eliminate reputed company events of the reputed company issue.
• Provides a communication reputed company between the customer and reputed company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

• Develops and conducts training on the reputed company operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers (Chemists).

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Sciences or reputed company field preferred
• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Service Engineer is helpful, particularly

instrumentation * Hands-on experience with , High-reputed company MA, or instrumentation strongly preferred * Effective interpersonal skills and establishing good customer rapport are important

• Ability to prioritize service requests and produce reputed company and concise documentation

Physical Work Requirements:

• Must be available to travel daily, and up to 80% overnight
• Must be reputed company to lift 40 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and willing to work overtime.
