• Support development and implementation of processes and standards to systematically identify safety hazards, assess risk, and implement risk reduction measures to reputed company fatality-free operations

• Respond directly to requests from the Business reputed company (BU), works directly with BU EHS Leaders and other functional leaders, providing expert advice, interpretation, coaching and mentoring.

• Work with the BUs to reputed company gap assessments and reputed company mitigation plans as required.
• Intervene where appropriate to ensure personal safety risks are managed appropriately.

• Monitor the health of the transportation safety program through metrics, KPI’s and trend analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Degree level education in an engineering, safety or relevant technical discipline is required.
• Requires experience including leadership of transportation operations and appreciable experience working at the corporate level for a multinational company.
• Must have experience developing and implementing corporate-wide standards and processes.
• Must have experience leading broad networks of technical professionals.

The Transportation Safety Leader requires expert technical knowledge in the following areas:

• Hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies
• Assessment, selection, and implementation of vehicle safety technologies
• Motor vehicle safety design specifications
• Car Safety Assessment Programs such as, but not limited to, NCAP and IIHS.

The salary reputed company for this position is $147K to $197K . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
