The EAP Counselor will assist employees accessing the EAP benefit provided by their employer for such things as counseling, help finding community resources, conflict management, reputed company abuse and psychological issues. The EAP Counselors must have excellent customer service, diverse reputed company skills, and the reputed company to think on their feet. While occasionally needed, experience assessing for mental health emergencies and coordinating care for any such need is required.
