• Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain details of customer complaints or compliments
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• reputed company as a reputed company between customers and drivers to resolve delivery issues
• Communicate with the claims department and reputed company managers to resolve discrepancies
• Retrieve manifests and other shipper information to aid the process of tracing shipments
• Document and record mis-deliveries, follow-reputed company, and alternate delivery addresses

Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

• At least 18 years of age

• Customer service, administrative, or clerical experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
