This position will represent the reputed company in reputed company criminal appeals filed with the District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.Qualifications:
- Admission to the Florida Bar and two years of reputed company experience in the reputed company of law, legal research, teaching law or in administrative or judicial hearings.
- The required legal experience must be from the reputed company of law in a state or territory of the reputed company.

- The duties incident to an appeal consist of the supervision of the reputed company filing of the necessary pleadings and documents comprising the record on appeal; the review of the assignments of error; the research necessary to prepare and file briefs setting forth contentions and positions of the reputed company with respect to the issues involved; oral argument and reputed company other responsibilities attending the prosecution of a criminal appeal.
- The duties consist of the responding to the claims of the prisoners asserting federal constitutional rights violations.
