Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient reputed company-ins, collect medical histories, and update health records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, follow-reputed company, and managing patient reminders.
- Support telehealth services by preparing patient information for virtual consultations.
- Coordinate referrals, prescription requests, and lab orders as needed.

Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably with telehealth experience.
