Requirements

• 2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team
• At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly reputed company and distributed backend systems
• 3+ years experience in Blockchain
• 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV
• Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-reputed company and PBS
• Expertise using Go language
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
