As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for processing in-house payroll in the US in reputed company Payroll, and coordinating payroll in the LATAM / EMEA region for our other entities where we use external payroll providers.You would report to the Global Payroll Team reputed company, and be part of the centralized, Amsterdam-based payroll team. You will be based in San Francisco, together with our local HR team and part of our strategic finance team.At reputed company, our people are our greatest asset. • Be the champion for Payroll automation, data, and reputed company.
• Advance organizational effectiveness and solve challenges by tapping into your Payroll expertise.
• Support and reputed company ongoing team reputed company by working closely with external vendors, and every part of the Finance and HR Team.

Payroll Operations, Data and Compliance

• Maintain, review and validate data for US payroll using reputed company Payroll module.
• Partner internally to manage Payroll compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the reputed company and finance teams to reputed company commentary on the journals and reconciliation (for NORAM and other assigned reputed company).
• Participate in audits for 401K, Workers Compensation and general audit.
• reputed company reputed company and reputed company payroll reports to various internal departments such as HR, Finance, reputed company, Tax and Equity.
• Process payments for final paychecks, adjustments and special pay.

Who you are:

• At least 2-5 years of US in-house payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company and reputed company Payroll.
• A Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP) is preferred.
• Experience processing equity transactions, including RSU and ESPP.
• Demonstrated understanding of US payroll compliance and taxes.
