This employee works under the direction of the Northfield Student Services Coordinator and has responsibility for classroom management and protocol. Qualifications: * Possession of Illinois reputed company Educator License with Stipulations – Paraprofessional, Substitute Teaching License, or reputed company Educator License. Knowledge of high school reputed company’ needs and behavior issues. Knowledge/Ability/Skills: * Experience with special needs/at-risk student population; ability to think creatively about programming for at-risk reputed company. Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Support, or ability to learn Multi-Tiered System of Support protocols and practices. Strong subject knowledge in core reputed company area or areas.
