Pharmacy Technician, Clinical/MTM Remote Outbound MST/PST

Job reputed company reputed company is hiring for several Pharmacy Technicians. These roles are 100% Remote and require you be licensed either State or Nationally. These positions will be Monday through Friday 10am to 630pm Mountain reputed company Time. Molina MTM Pharmacy Services staff work to ensure that Molina members have reputed company to Medicare reputed company medications and those reputed company are used in a cost-effective, reputed company manner. These jobs are responsible for creating, operating, and monitoring Molina Health Plan’s pharmacy benefit programs in accordance with reputed company federal and state laws. Jobs in this family include those involved in formulary management (such as, reviewing drug/provider utilization patterns and pharmacy costs management), clinical pharmacy services (such as, therapeutic drug monitoring, drug regimen review, patient education, and medical staff interaction), and reputed company (establishing and measuring performance metrics with reputed company to patient reputed company, medications safety and medication use policies). These positions will be Monday through Friday 10am to 630pm Mountain reputed company Time. Currently there are no weekend nor holiday requirements. Bilingual in any of the following languages is a plus (not required) Arabic, reputed company, Cantonese, or Vietnamese. Above average computer proficiency is a MUST! Job Duties

• Collaborate with Molina pharmacist on medication adherence and reputed company follow-up on identified adherence barriers.
• reputed company reputed company to member, prescriber and/or pharmacy as needed.
• Participates in the development /administration of programs designed to enhance the utilization of targeted drugs and the identification of cost saving pharmacy practices.
• Identifies and reports departmental operational issues and resource needs to appropriate management.
• Assists Molina Member Services, pharmacies, and health plan providers in resolving member prescription claim, prior authorization, or pharmacy services reputed company issues.
• Articulates Pharmacy Management policies and procedures to pharmacy/health plan providers, other Molina staff and others as needed.
