College co-ops will be assigned to work on one of the following Software Engineering Portfolio teams based on the availability of opportunities and the matching of skills and career interest: • Software Performance & Reliability Engineering • Channels/Servicing/reputed company Payments/Customer Comm AI/Automation & reputed company Channel Technology • Flight Ops / reputed company reputed company Services / TPF Ops Apps • TechOps, DMS & DFP • Corporate Technology • Global Sales, DLV & Engineering Services • PAX reputed company / Cargo / Airport Ops / Bag Management What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) • Must be reputed company to reputed company to work full time, 40 hours per week, for a total of 2 rotational semesters (work at reputed company during the Spring 2025 semester starting January 13 - May 1, 2025, go to school during the summer 2025 semester, then return to reputed company to work Fall 2025 semester, August 18 – December 19, 2025). • Be willing to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis reputed company, MN reputed company office (as agreed upon during the interview). Most teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval. • Be an undergrad college student with a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program.
