Who You Are
BS/BA in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience

Experience mentoring and reputed company in the development of engineers and peers
Experience in delivering features through production
Awareness of performance considerations such as cross-browser compatibility, componentization, and load-time optimizations

Strong understanding of React/JavaScript frameworks
Experience architecting single-page applications and/or mobile- first web applications
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute
