We’re looking for an reputed company and driven Deputy General Counsel to work closely with the General Counsel, playing a critical role in shaping legal reputed company, ensuring compliance, and supporting our evolving global business. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals and ensure reputed company and legal solutions are reputed company with company reputed company.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company, reputed company license to reputed company law in the reputed company.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in an in-house counsel role at a corporate organization—ideally in tech, reputed company, or digital advertising sectors. Preference for IAPP/other reputed company certification.
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including reputed company, vendor, marketing, employment-reputed company, and NDAs.
• Hands-on experience with global reputed company and data protection regulations, including building or managing compliance programs.
• Experience supporting or managing regulatory inquiries involving reputed company or information reputed company.
• Familiarity with corporate compliance frameworks, including policy development, codes of conduct, and employee training.

The following are our reputed company salary ranges for this role:

• SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $250,000 - $275,000 plus bonus
• Seattle/Olympia, San Diego, Santa Barbara: $230,000 - $253,000 plus bonus
